Liebe Tierfreunde,
Ende Oktober 23 war es wieder soweit. Ari Paws war wieder Teil einer großen Kastrationsaktion in der rumänischen Stadt Rovinari.
Um solche Aktionen durchzuführen bedarf es einer guten Zusammenarbeit! Nur GEMEINSAM können wir etwas erreichen, um Tierleid zu reduzieren.
Die kastrierten Hunde und Katzen können ein besseres Leben führen. Nicht getrieben vom Instinkt, sich fortpflanzen zu müssen, nicht ausgelaugt zu sein, von der Aufzucht ihrer Welpen – weibliche Tiere, die kraftlos sind, verzweifelt nach Futter suchen, um ihre Babys versorgen zu können. Welpen, von denen ein Großteil an Krankheiten sterben, unter Parasitenbefall leiden, durch Unfälle elendig sterben oder ihr Ende in grausamen Tierheimen und Tötungsstationen finden.
Um nachhaltig zu arbeiten, werden wir noch sehr oft solche Einsätze durchführen – immer mit der Hoffnung, das Leid der Strassentiere dauerhaft zu reduzieren. Es verlangt von uns Allen viel Kraft und emotionale Stärke!
Für die Organisation, Bewerbung und Finanzierung sorgte Freundeskreis Bruno Pet, Tiere in Not Austria und die Bernd-Stephan-Tierschutz-Stiftung .
Die Organisation vor Ort, die Kommunikation mit der Kreisverwaltung in Rovinari und Zusammenarbeit mit der Animal Police organisierte Frau Mona Lisa Mares. Sie hat die Verantwortung vor Ort während des Einsatzes getragen.
Das Tierärztinnenteam, die Assistenten und die Ausstattung stellte das Centru Veterinar Animus in Bukarest mit ihren Mirarbeitern Julia, Anca, Irina, Andreea, Ioana, Ruxandra, Mirella und Costi.
Durch diese großartige Zusammenarbeit konnten in 4Tagen 387 Tiere kastriert werden. Durch Aufklärung und Überzeugungsarbeit brachten viele Privatleute ihre Tiere zur Kastration, ließen ihre Hunde und Katzen registrieren und chipen.
Es ist jedesmal ein Kraftakt, belastbar für Körper und Seele …aber wir müssen weiter dranbleiben und durchhalten. Wir wollen das Elend auf unseren Strassen reduzieren. Das ist unser großes Ziel!

At the end of October 23 it was time again. Ari Paws was once again part of a major neutering campaign in the Romanian town of Rovinari.
Good cooperation is needed to carry out such campaigns! Only TOGETHER can we achieve something to reduce animal suffering.
The neutered dogs and cats can lead a better life. Not driven by the instinct to reproduce, not exhausted from rearing their puppies – female animals who are powerless, desperate for food to feed their babies. Puppies, many of whom die of disease, suffer from parasite infestation, die miserably in accidents or meet their end in cruel animal shelters and killing stations.
In order to work sustainably, we will continue to carry out such missions very often – always with the hope of permanently reducing the suffering of stray animals. It requires a lot of strength and emotional fortitude from all of us!
Freundeskreis Bruno Pet, Tiere in Not Austria and the Bernd Stephan Animal Welfare Foundation were responsible for the organization, application and financing.
Ms Mona Lisa Mares was responsible for the local organization, communication with the district administration in Rovinari and cooperation with the Animal Police. She was responsible on site during the mission.
The veterinary team, assistants and equipment were provided by the Centru Veterinar Animus Bucharest with their employees Julia, Anca, Irina, Andreea, Ioana, Ruxandra, Mirella and Costi.
Thanks to this great cooperation, 387 animals were neutered in 4 days. Through education and persuasion, many private individuals brought their animals to be neutered and had their dogs and cats registered and chipped.
It is always a feat of strength, a strain on body and soul … but we have to keep at it and persevere. We want to reduce the misery on our streets. That is our big goal!
